Welcome to Learning Tree Seminars

Learning Tree is dedicated to providing the finest online learning experience possible. We are now offering a single course dedicated to the legal profession entitled "Electronic Delivery of Documents (EDoD)". We have subjected our system to intensive testing and review.

Here is how our system works:

1.	First, verify that our EDoD course has been approved for 1-Hour of CLE credit in your state. You can do that by reviewing the list of approved states on our CERTIFICATION page*.
2.	If your state is listed, then go to our REGISTRATION page and complete the questions provided. At this time only the professions of Lawyer, Judge or paralegal are functional because or EDoD course it designed solely for the legal profession. So, you need to select the correct profession when registering.
3.	After you have registered you will receive an email with your assigned user name and password. Please keep this for future reference.
4.	In the notification email will be a link that will take you to our LOGIN page. You can also find a link to that page on our navigation bar.
5.	After you have logged in you will be taken to our EDoD course page where you will find the following material:
	a.	Mandatory reading material;
	b.	A list of suggested reading material;
	c.	A course program entitled Electronic Delivery of Documents by James Link, Esq. (who is a certified appellate specialist by the California Bar) which must be read;
	d.	A Flash movie presentation of approximately 1 hour which, if you view this you do NOT need to read any of the requirement material or Mr. Link's articles.
	e.	A 15-question quiz which requires an 80% passing rate to qualify for CLE credit.
	f.	After you have completed your quiz, you will be taken to a short course evaluation (which is required by many bar associations). After that is completed, which takes about 2-3 minutes, you will be delivered your PDF certificate. NOTE: If your web browser stops popups, you must disable this feature to receive your certificate.
Then you're done! If your state bar association requires that your 1-Hour of CLE must be reported by us, we will do so according to the requirements.
